Is there a timeline on this site or elsewhere that shows, from drilling permit request to sales/royalties, on the average, of course? How long does the whole process take broken down by the major steps in the process?How long is s drilling permit good for, if granted?
Is the permit good for 12 months, or is the term a different time lingth?
