Would someone please inform me of the going rate for a pipeline servitude in DeSoto Parish? Thanks

What type of pipeline?  What diameter?  How wide is the ROW they want?
Just surveying right now. But looks it will be a 24 inch gas pipeline and about 100 foot wide servitude. Just looking for average rate right now.
Last summer, I received $500/rod for a 16" gathering line and a 30' permanent ROW.  I also gave them a temporary ROW (for construction) that was 50' wide.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
