Beth,
Heard 30 H came online in Feb 2010 and Hunter-Mannies in April. You can go to SONRIS lite on the LA Dept of Conservation website and see the production for each month (it is posted through Oct). Chesapeake is the operator of both wells. You should have gotten checks from them any time your amount went over $100.

Elizabeth,
I usually get my check on the 1st or 2nd of each month too. When I called Chesapeake's office, I got a voice response saying they were closed due to bad weather.
All this is overwhelming, but isn't is exciting!!!!!
Hi Linda,
See my "shout out" to you under "Update on well in section 25(36) T11N-R12W well...
And yes, it is exciting!

Elizabeth,
Here's a brief sonris lesson to get you started.... Go to www.sonris.com. On the left-hand side (LHS), click "Database Access." Under that, click on "Sonris Lite." Under Well Information, go down to Wells by "Section, Township, and Range" and click.
Now let's focus on one of your wells. Enter 30, 12N, and 13W into the blocks, and hit "Submit Query." You will see all wells ever drilled in that section. Your well of interest is the last one. Click on its serial number, 239524.
The drilling information is all shown under the heading "Scout Information." The production information comes further down the page. You will see monthly production beginning in 2/2010 and going through 11/2010.
Your well is a very good one, with an Initial Production of 17 mmcf/day. Chesapeake is not flowing it at that rate, however. They seem to be flowing it anywhere between 3 and 5 mmcf/day, which is fine. You should maintain a reasonable production for a good while at that flow rate.
You can go through the same procedure to check your other well.
Hey Lawrence,
Good to see you on GHS. I haven't received my check either, so thanks for the information on when Chesapeake intends to send them out.
Linda Laffitte Whatley
Thanks so much for the information. Now maybe I can keep up with it all!!
Lawrence, how do you go about having it dircet deposited?
Shale drilling and lithium extraction are seemingly distinct activities, but there is a growing connection between the two as the world moves towards cleaner energy solutions. While shale drilling primarily targets…

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
