Great. Let's hope this well comes in as good as ones in Holly Field.
heard anything else about this well
any info on production for this well yet
The well has been online since March 18.  They have it choked at 10 million a day.
GREAT news. What was initial IP? Any chance of more wells there anytime soon?
Charles, have you heard of any plans to add more wells to this section.
Noting in this section that there is also a 6000 ft. well that is now producing oil and a little gas. Looks like it was spud in 1956, went inactive for a long time, and then started producing again. Anyone have any info on it
KCM, attched is the well history for Ser No 64172.  The well was completed in 1957 as a Pettit Limestone gas producer with high condenstae yield (> 100 Bbl/MMcf).  It appears the well was reworked in the mid-80's to restore production from the same zone but no details were available.  Driller's information recorded the zone as a mixture of limestone and shale.

Les, there was no option to reply to your info. Thank you so much for posting that info. I have owned a small acreage in that section since 2009. I leased to Chesapeake. Should I be getting royalties from this well too?
kittycatmama, our computer has been down for a couple of weeks. The Vernon  Faulconer Town site Unit #1 that has been producing since the early 90's, requires that you inform Vernon Faulconer that you now own property by sending them a copy of your deed showing you own the minerals. The Chesapeake well Burford 21, 14, 15, they propose to drill 3 more wells off that pad.
Does the Vernon Faulconer well drain 640 ac. or is it limited to a smaller part of the section. if I am interpreting this correctly, then it is producing a good amt. of oil. Thank you for responding
