jason. By state regulation, an application for unit status or unit wells must notice all mineral and surface interests in the affected area. Those within the unit boundaries and those that adjoin it to a distance of 1000'. I suspect that your Section 4 tract is within that 1000' requirement as your section is not included in the application. This application has no practical effect to you.
