Royalty Payments

Does anyone or has anyone started receiving royalty payments? How long was it after the well completed did you start to receive payments and how much if you would like to share. Do they really come monthly when it starts?

Approximately 90 days after the well is "turned to sales" and every month thereafter as long the operator produces from any well in the unit you will receive royalty payments.

All HA (Haynesville) Units that are one section in size may have up to eight wells by LOC spacing regulations. One well for every eighty acres.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
