I have a credible witness who tells me that Chesapeake is proposing to build out the pad on the Briarwood-25, #1, (25-12-13) with plans to drill from there into S24-T12-R13W.   However, if you are a mineral owner in 24-12-13, I would not get too excited yet.  

The Briarwood was completed last summer and is still not in production.  

On a more positive note, I was told that the main trunk line being built by Louisiana Mid-Stream has been completed down to the top of the Battle Park, and all that remains to do is build and tie in the laterals.  (I tried to go see for myself, but ran into some serious mud.)
