Anyone have any idea why this section has not been approved as a Haynesville unit? My lease has been in effect over 16 months. Thanks!

Isn't this section inside the permit area for the lignite mine?  Could that have something to do with it?

If memory serves me correct, the Dolet Hills Lignite Mine is in that area.   

Thanks Henry and FXEF for your replies. You are right, it is in the Dolet Hills Lignite Mine area. Does this complicate Haynesville Unit approval as there a number of other Sections that have Haynesville Unit Approval in the lignite mine area, some that even have Haynesville wells completed within them? Thanks for any additional thoughts you may have.
