Hey Old,
Dont know a thing here. Of course a little gossip, heard yesterday one of the landowners called chesapeake and they told her it was flowing to sales and should be getting division orders soon and checks shortly after first of year. Guess she didnt like my answer of when it was in the mail box it would be here! Sorry but I dont know any more than you do.
Hello Old Hillbilly,
How's E/Tex ? Sis is still bein' as nice as ever over at J.J.'s.

I have a copy of State of Louisiana Well Completion Report (dated 10/13/09) which shows the following:

--- well was "put to sales" (flowing gas to market) on 09/22/09. This is same info I got from Chesapeake awhile back.

---Initial gas volume (mcf/day) was 1,214 on a 26/64 choke, with PSIG (casing pressure) of 2,018 (nothin' here to brag about !).

---HOWEVER, this well is coughing up a tremendolus amount of water ! (1,607 BPD) Most I have run across in the recent past is somewhere around 400 BPD.

Conclusions -- I dunno -- too early to tell I think. Well will be "clearing up" for awhile, though. I don't think anyone should be doing any guessing right now, for sure ! I haven't checked the numbers in the last couple of weeks, but when I do I will let you know.

P.S.- AT LEAST they didn't "mess up" this well like they did the Marr #1 well over in Section 22 ! That hole was finally abandoned (sorta), and they moved over 25 feet and poked another hole (Marr #2 well). See picture currently at top of main page.

ALSO, the well that has been reported by CHK over in section #26 as coming in at 9.4 mmcfe/day with an average 8.1 mmcfe/day for the first 30 days is a Bossier Shale test well -- (check out the maps about same) --just something to think about.

Thanks Lanadan , it is still wet here in cass county , let me hear from you if you hear anything .
Old Hillbilly- good to hear from you. The check is in the mail. I have not been on in a while. Been busy doing other things. Traffic is terrible down 191 , Logansport, Mansfield, and all over Desoto parish.

Been all over the parish in the last few weeks, and I can tell you there are wells going on everywhere.
Between the well locations and pipelines, there is a lot of clean dirt now.

Just patiently wait, the check is coming. You take care now.
