Does anyone know what the updates are on Sections 21 and 22 or 27 and 28?.  Encana is working on something in a couple of those sections, but I am out of town and would love some info from the folks in the area.  Thanks!

Kay DS1,

Section 21 well was completed as a vertical and producing less than a million a day, about all it will do is hold the lease.
COMPLETED 6-7-10; GAS; HAYNESVILLE RA; 845 MCFD; 16/64 CHOKE; 1402# CP; PERFS 11,668-11,850' MD

Section 22 well was spud 9-23-2010 and well is located off Jesse Latin Road, behind the cemetery. I have not been down that way lately, and don't know what rig is drilling.
FXEF - That is good news as I didn't know they spud the well in sec 22. How long do they usually take? One well in each 27 & 28 were completed months ago but waiting on the frac. Do you have an update on these? They were drilled by El Paso. I heard they were waiting on a pipeline to be completed but not sure if that is just a rumor.
Eliza,

The drilling will take 40-60 days. The actual fracturing does not take but about 8-10 days, but there may a be delays due to scheduling the fracture process. It's really hard to tell, but most wells are producing with in 4-5 months of spud date.
thank you so much for this update. I'm also out of town and very hard to get current information
Thank you so much FXEF for the updates. Do you know about the pipeline designated by El Paso? Think we read that it was going to go online the first of November.
Besides Sonris, is there any other site that tells what MCF a well comes in at?
Kay,

There are other sites that sometimes post well completions, however they will usually get their data from SONRIS. If you are a landowner or have a royalty interest in a well, sometimes a call to the operator may get you that information.... Really depends on the operator and to whom you speak with.
Cool. Great info. I don't know who you are, but you seem to know a lot! Thanks.
In sec 28 14n14w. Sonris list the Well Allowable as 20,350+. Does this reference the well potential? Only went to sales the end of October, so have not received payment. Also sec 27 14n14w says it's rig was "moved to Pegus 25" in November. At this time only the vertical (10,250') was complete. Why would this have happened? Will they move another rig in to complete the horizontal?

For the Houston 28 Well - yes that means the well tested at 20,350 Mcfd.

For the Houston 27 Well - yes El Paso will move a different rig on location later to drill the horizontal lateral.

Other wells use the same rig so why the switch? Also what is your thought about the allowable # for the 28 well?

Eliza you can use a smaller rig to drill the vertical hole thus save some money.
