SONRIS shows that a new well -- COLLINS 27 H -- was permitted in S27 12N 15W on Jan. 15:

282' FNL & 1182' FWL OF SEC 27.
PBHL: 250' FSL & 990'
FWL OF SEC 27

I wasn't able to get the La. Office of Conservation database to work, so I couldn't pull up the plat: http://fn-www.dnr.state.la.us/dnrservices/dnrsearch.asp.

Does anyone know more about this well?
