James-- can any one get in and read the meters????
James you assumed the wrong scout, I was at the Tyler Prospect Expo and talked to what I call scouts for different companies that keep up with activity in Texas. I don't think it was a good idea to use someone's name, when I did not use a name. I did not use a name for a reason.
I would imagine the meter case is locked. Inside should look like a fancy water meter. but it may not be on the well end
