If anyone knows of any companies interested in leasing minerals below the Cotton Valley Southwest of Marshall in the area around the Sabine Mining Company mine, please contact me or forward me the information. we have several tracts of land that have leases that have expired below the Cotton Valley and would be interested in leasing the acreage. We have one current offer that in below what we feel the market should sustain and would like to speak with any other interested parties.

I have spent over a year trying to get some acreage leased in that area. About the only company operating in our area is NFR. I find that dealing with them is very frustrating. There are several very good lawyers in Marshall and Longview that I could suggest. I would certainly not try to deal with them without an attorney. We are located near FM968.
