Does anyone know who Sendero is leasing for?  Sendero is owned by a landman out of Tyler.  They leased several tracts in the Hallsville area over the summer and they have never assigned the leases.  The landman who leased my property told me they were leasing for BP, but BP has their own crew leasing, so I do not know if that information is correct or not.

I could not find a lease from Kathy M. Stephens to Sendero in Harrison County. They filed over 300 leases in November and you are correct, they have not assigned to anyone. I to, heard that they were buying for BP. All of their leases are for a term of either 5 yr., or 3 yr with 2 yr option. They are coming up on the first year of the lease, so I would suspect they will start activities within the coming months. From what I can tell, they have had a crew working for years in Harrison, but it looks like they outsourced their leasing to Sendero. At one point I heard they had 75 landmen running title and leasing.
