Unit Petroleum Company Page Unit #1H

This is being permitted as a Cotton Valley Horizontal, just east of Longview's loop, near the intersection of Page Road and HWY 80 east.  Survey is Red Mason-438.  Target depth is 10900. 

 

Anyone interested in this one?  I pass it on my way to work every day.  Pad was constructed over the past few weeks.  looks to be about 5.6 acres in size.  A trailer was moved onto the site today. I expect to see a rig in a couple of days.

My wife and  I own 7 acres in this unit but we live out of town.  Anybody know anything about this one?

Still drilling as of yesterday. Not seeing anything abnormal from the road, but if it is going smoothly, it should be done drilling pretty soon.

They've started rigging down/have laid the rig down as of this morning.

Reserve pit is closed or mostly closed.  No workover or completion work yet.

As of this morning, it looked like a coiled tubing unit on site with several frac tanks and a bit of support equipment.

How long should it take to be completed?

When they get started, it should only take 1-2 weeks to frac. The coiled tubing unit was gone this morning, but several of the frac tanks remain on site. The bigger christmas tree they use when fracing is on the well head. There doesn't appear to be water lines to the site yet, but there are some big ponds to the north that they might be able to use that wouldn't have water line along the road.

For the past week they are laying a main suply line to the gas well to the East. Aug,30 2011

Moving trailers in today, mabe getting ready to frac soon.  They have the suply line finished.  The wheather has cool down some and need the rain and stop the fires. Sept. 8,2011.
