This is being permitted as a Cotton Valley Horizontal, just east of Longview's loop, near the intersection of Page Road and HWY 80 east.  Survey is Red Mason-438.  Target depth is 10900.

Anyone interested in this one?  I pass it on my way to work every day.  Pad was constructed over the past few weeks.  looks to be about 5.6 acres in size.  A trailer was moved onto the site today. I expect to see a rig in a couple of days.

They have or are installing a three tank battery on the site. Frac tanks remain on the site, and there appears to be extra activity based on my drive to work this morning. Several trucks and folks were on the site. Maybe they are getting ready to frac.

Pumper trucks, crane and other frac equipment on-site as of this morning, and still there this evening.

They appeared to be rigging down this morning.
There have been lots of lur lookers on this one, dbob, but I guess they are waiting to see what the results are before saying anything.
I think they want to know if it will be like the NFR well to the south, the Tanos well to the north, or Lawrence well drilled by Unit API 203-34846 to the east. If you are a mineral owner in the area, you hope it comes in more like the Tanos well, which is making some condensate.

As for me, if it looks like a barn burner, I'll be putting up flagging in the yard 200' from the edge of mine and my neighbors occupied dwellings. I think that will leave them a 2500 sq foot foot print for a pad.
Here's hoping!
As long as its in my neighbors yard, and not mine, I'll be happy for them....

Slight mistake - they are still on-site and appear to have raised a snubbing unit or something similar.  Hard to tell for sure at 60 mph

Maybe they won't try to set up in anyone's back yard (fingers crossed).
