any leasing going on in lincoln parish if so is any dollar amount been said

  seems like theres not much said about lincon parish on her .

i have heard os simsboro has leased some acreage for 500. acr is this just a rumor or does anybody know

I have not heard of anything going that high...I recently leased for $300.00 an acre.

I haven't heard of any $500 leases, but have heard reports of $250-$300/3 year with 2 year ext. @ $100-$200, with .22% royalties offered for larger tracks.  There wasn't much talk about new finds, only exploration around existing field fringes.

We leased 80 acres in choudrant a year or do ago for 350 and 25%. They finished the pad last week and the drilling rig is moving in today.

$450/acre with 25% roy   2yrs ago  Lincoln

thanks maybe things will pick back up
