Terryville field, simsboro
Looking for any information on leasing. Section1, twn 18n, range 4w and section 6, twn 18n, range 3w. I have a meeting today with landman to discuss lease bonus. Was looking for any helpful information.

I think the lease bonus should be in the $300 - $350 range, but I would want 25% royalty.
Keep in mind, this is only my opinion. Section 1 is a bit of a step out from the known productive sections, and could be a bit speculative.
