What is the going rate for well locations in Panola County? Since the surface owner owns the water, can you charge them for the water they use during drilling?

my understanding is that they will drill a water well toget water. They need upwards of 1 million gallons of water per well.
OK. According to Texas law, unless reserved by previous owners, I own the water under my land.
You need to see the original Oil and Gas lease they are using. If it is an older lease, chances are there is a clause granting the Lessee the right to use water for free.
