2nd Haynesville Shale Well in T12N-R9W tested at over 20 MMcfd (8/29/10)

Information from today's Shreveport Times shows the Michael Jones well tested at a rate of 24.5 million cubic feet of gas per day (MMcfd). This well is in the Carroll Creek Field and located in T12N-R9W south of the Ashland Road near the Esperanza Road. This flow test plus those for two nearby wells in T12N-R9W confirm the quality of the Haynesville Shale play in the area. The results of additional wells should be available soon.

EnCana, Michael Jones 10 #H1 Well, Serial #240955, S10-T12N-R9W, Red River Parish, 24530 Mcfd, 26/64" Choke, Carroll Creek Field

A bit of trivia - Esperanza means hope.

Thanks. I keep checking the SONRIS site, but, I was hoping (Esperanza!) for a rumor! I guess they'll get to us sooner or later.
I am waiting on info for #240844. Just curious if anyone has any info as to when payout will start. Sonris says waiting for pipeline but I know it is not updated on time. Also, if you own royalties, should you be paid a shut in fee...or is that just for mineral owners?
