it wasn't long ago that a group representing petrohawk was interested in everything from belmont zwolle highway on north.

we know someone on hwy. 120-between zwolle and belmont who was offered 3300 by petrohawk. it was like a done deal. petrohawk changed their mind. next day chesapeak offered same person 4000. they changed their mind. this was several weeks ago. this person has received no other offers. strange-big interest one day_none the next!

So far we've only been offered $300 an acre.Our property is just south of Noble off 171.We haven't really pursued any other companies yet.We are just curious as to what is going on in the area.I sure do appreciate your reply.Thanks.

roughly two miles north of noble someone in a small group was offered 7500.00 p/a. this land might not have done this on it's on. hope this helps.

Thanks Ken,we've since been offered $4000 per acre but we are just going to wait and see how some area wells are going to do before we make a decision.I know there is leasing activity going on around Belmont,Zwolle and Converse.Appreciate the info.

My family has a combined 40+ acres between Converse & PHill. We have been offered 7500/acre by CHK. But we are waiting to hear back from one attorney about soliciting bids for us, and have also contacted another attorney who charges 5% of the lease bonus. He asked if we knew of any other landowners in the area that would be interested.

Anyone . . . ?

someone told me this morning that audabon had offered land owners in midway area ( noble to oak grove ) $10000.00 p/a . they are suspose to be doing this for shell. things are heating up.

Pam, please know that Shell is offering 10,000 per in northern sabine.....from Natch to Toledo Bend...this was a flat offer to about 20 landowners irregardless of acreage...of course I reckon it's worth closer to 13,500 to 16,000. 13,500 was gotten to someone in a pooled group in Mitchell. Audobon made the 10,000 offer..we are considering a counter to the 10,000

Land just north of noble is in $13000.00 range with cheaspeake now. shell is at $12500 around converse.Things are getting closer to the $15000.00 p/a. it's all happening pretty fast.
