Has anyone heard anything about the well in sec4 r9 t11? It was up and producing and now i am told that there was not any production for the month of October. No one can tell me why. Just looking for any info anyone might have. Have contacted Encana and Shell but they say they don't have any info either.

Thats great.. Maybe now they will let flow freely for awhile.. Thanks for the info Pelican.Just wish you didnt have to wait 3 months for the check to show up. ha haha ha

I don't have an interest in this one, but I see a similiar situation playing out in the one I do have an interest in.  Cook Taylor 8-1H (10N-11W).  EnCana drilled and Shell operated.  After about 60 days of operation, well went down for work on the choke and now 50 days later they are still trying to fish the wire line out of the hole.

Pelican,

Who was the wireline service?

Pelican, have you heard any more about 239985? Is it still producing? Is there somewhere i can go and check that information? Sonris Lite is always so far behind.    Thanks
Still flowing.  Produced 24,708 MCF in March.  Averaging about 7,100/d MCF at this point.

does that mean 7100 mcf a day ?  sorry not to up on all this stuff.  if so is that a pretty good average?   thanks

yes, per day.  good flow rate if it stays there.

Thanks for all your help and info. Its nice to have someone that understands all of this to help the ones that dont.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
