San Augustine County


Developmental:

Exco Operating will drill the Red River 442 Well No. 1H to 14,000 feet ten miles northwest of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. The well is in the J.R. Stephens Survey, A-442.


St. Mary Land & Exploration will drill the Clark Well No. 1H to 13,000 feet 3.4 miles east of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. The well is in the J. Bittick Survey, A-55.

Nope, not yet. That could change if Goodrich has good results from the one they are drilling in Angelina Co. just south of 103 at the county line.

San Augustine City Lake fireworks on Sunday, July 4th, 9:02p.m. Best view is from a boat on the lake. Lasts a minimum of one hour.

Any information on XTO action in and around the bland lake area? They finished fracing the well on hw96. Any idea how it turned out.

Completions:


San Augustine County

Cabot Oil & Gas completed the Greer Gas Unit Well No. 1H to 11,740 feet 7.5 miles northwest of San Augustine in the Angie Field.


On a 38/64-inch choke the well potentialed 7.584 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the James Lime.

Developmental:
San Augustine County
Southwestern Energy will drill the Timberstar-Hopkins Well No. 2H to 7,600 feet 4.8 miles north of Attoyac in the Angie (James Lime) Field. The well is in the J.H. Hopkins Survey, A-140.
