Rumers that Questar paid 2500/acre near gravel pit just south of Sand Hill Rd., not far from Claiborne Parish line. May not be related to HS; but still very good. Does anyone know if this is true or if there is any leasing happening here?

snakestewart, Thanks. I appreciate that.
Try Lufkin Industries...they may have one that is run down you could look at rebuilding.
Might try:

P & A Management Inc

Thanks Magnolia1. I have been doing some business with P&A for abour 15 years. Right now they only have one unit for which they have ordered parts to repair. I have tentative deal for pumping unit with Smith Exploration in Magnolia.
XTO planning 3 wells near sand hill road, close to Mckinney property. I don't have any other info.
Yes, XTO has bought land rights(damages) for 3 Smackover "C" zone wells in Sec. 11, T23N, R9w. This unit includes some family land and I will have working interest in these wells. They will be moving rig in couple of weeks to location in section 2. I have working interest in 2 XTO wells now. I have frequent contact with XTO geologists in Ft. Worth. Too bad for us that these wells are on land which is HBP since 1946 with 1/8 royalty plus small override which I negotiated with previous operator.
This site sure helps with all the info posted. I have property in S32-T23-10W which is east of Shangaloo. I see in the above mentioned download @ a Unit being formed in Sections 36, 31, 29, part of S6 andS5. The info "outlines "the above Sections but does not "outling" the complete
S32 which is where my property is. Can someone look at this document and give me their opinion of whether S32 looks to be involved in this planned Unit. The document I printed says that Nadel And Gussman,LLC will be the Operators of said Unit. Any info will be greatley appriciated!
Thanks!
The document which I believe you referenced is request for four new units in Section 36 and could not include the other sections you mentioned. Given your land location it would appear to me that your land may be west of Shongaloo if it is in Range 10 west, but I am just relying on memory, as opposed to looking at a map. By the way, they have drilled and completed one of the Haynesville sand wells with very good results.
Thanks for your info Mr. Sanders. My property is in Section 32-23-10. When you say units are you meaning drilling units? I was thinking they wanted to unitize the area. Like I said, this is a very informative site and thank you for your help.

N. Lynch
These are only drilling units. If they were to unitize all the area that would be a fieldwide unitization of all the wells in the field which are in same reservoir. That will not happen in this area unless it is distant future.
