Dehydration is the simple removal of condensate and saltwater. The condensate is flamable and sold to make gasoline.

Fractionation plants strips out the propane and butane from the gas, also they may even strip out sulpher. All of this lowers the btu of the gas. So the gas has to be "rich" to go through with this as you still need to mantain a certain btu in the natural gas itself.

Most gas wells use glycol units to strip the liquids out of the gas. And then the gas is sold as is and moved down the line. However if the gas has a real high btu content and there is enough of it to warrent the building of a facility to strip out the other products then you would see something on a larger scale.
