A friend of mine who lives on the East side of Dorcheat was offered last Thursday $1,000 per acre. People in Sibley and Doyline deserve better than that. Please don't sign yet, you can and will do much better.

Please don't sign the first lease you see!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's more to a lease than the bonus and royalty. $1000 is very low ball. I've heard that there are people suing companies because they were not given fair market value for their lease.
North of Ringgold = $ 15,000
Near Heflin = 17,500
Downtown Haughton = 15,000

It is getting closer and bigger, but hasnt made it here yet but it will !!!!!!!!

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
