I drove by the Marion Reeves well on Pilgrim Rest Road yesterday and saw to my surprise that a christmas tree was there and all equipment was gone!  My neighbor said the pipeline is already in--does anyone have any news about production etc on this well?  And is that rig moving to the Howard Montgomery well?

As of today's date (9/16) the operator has not updated on Sonris. Last status was drilling. It does not show a completion date and there is no testing info.
The rig etc just came down this week, I didn't expect Sonris to have any info. They typically run well behind real time. I was curious if anyone knew something else? Our section has been unitized but don't know where or when the well will go in?
The rig has moved to the Montgomery location and is drilling the lateral.
I had a feeling that was the case. Is the pipeline in to the H. Montg well? Does anyone know how the M. Reeves well is producing?
The Reeves well is not complete. It has been drilled, but has not been fraced. It is not producing anything at the moment. It's waiting on completion and knowing BEUSA that will take a year or 2. Took over 90 days for them to drill a well that Shell or any of the other guys drill in 35 days. I hope it comes in soon and blows the top off the barn. Just a waiting game.
That's not very comforting! Hopefully BEUSA will learn something from the 2 webster wells before drilling another?
BEUSA is in the process of building another location on the Reeves property in a different section than the well just drilled, also they may be building a location on George Chambers place too. I'm not certain of a well being drilled on Chambers, but its very likely. I would like to think all this money would not be thrown away on an unsure thing, so lets hope that for area land owners such as myself they know what they're doing and can bring us in some good wells. I'm just one section over so fingers are crossed. As of now I am still unleased.
I've seen what looks like a pad being built on George Chambers place--I believe they used it to access the woods fire a few weeks ago. As an unleased mineral owner in an already unitized section--I'm hoping you are correct!
are you still unleased?
Yes, we were offered 12000/acre in 2008 but BEUSA pulled the offer when the bottom fell out.  I believe there are a few others unleased in our unit but very small acreage.

I talked to BEUSA and they said they had completed the Montgomery well and it was a good well does anyone know what the well is producing the person I talked to at BEUSA was a landman and did not know.   They also said they had pulled out of the well in sec 32 because of trouble, ? and were looking at the 3D before drilling anymore wells they also said the price and the length of time it took to drill these wells was a problem.

Terry

What were the coordinates for the well they pulled out in sec 32. I am in sec. 32 so just

curious as to the location. Thanks for any info
