Austin, thanks for the information. I have been investigating the heirs and I think the landman is not paying me for the correct net mineral acres. They say there are four heirs and I think I can prove there are only 3, making my net mineral acreage more. They offered $1000. per net mineral acre (17.46) out of 862 with 1/4 royalty. They already have signed one of the heirs. Can they withdraw my offer and just go with the one heir leasing? What do you think about the offer? Should I ask for more? Thanks for your help. Bel
