HGH. You are making reference to Barnett acreage which is unrelated to the CHK/PXP's Haynesville sale acreage which does include E. TX. and NW. LA. There has been little reported on the industry blogs because the prospectus is confidential. Shalegeo may not have realized that when he started the discussion. The sale is for just less than 95,000 net acres with 86% being in Harrison and Panola counties and Bossier Parish. As all offers are due by the first week in February, I expect some specifics may be available after that time.
