Sabine Parish, 8N-12W-14I am currently under 3 year lease with GEP. It expires early next year. Some of the other owners in my section have received a lease extension check. Some of the other owner's property butts right up next to mine. It's been several weeks and I have not received any correspondence from GEP at all. My question is: Is it common for a gas company to extended leases on some of the property in a section but not all property in the same section ?See More
