Thank you so much for this information. It is a lot to digest. My son is an attorney. I will have to have him review it. It seems rather complicated to me;However, I do believe that in the late 1940's my grandfather was taken advantage of because he could not write nor read. Therefore, I must now try to straighten this out. It is. in my opnion, boderlining "trickery"
