SMACKOVER LITHIUM GROUP – TEXAS

Lithium from brine is an evolving energy play based on Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE).  The DLE process for extracting lithium and other elements with value from Smackover (SMK) formation water is becoming the most economic and environmentally friendly means of sourcing domestic lithium for use in modern battery technologies.  Leasing is ongoing and extraction plants are in the design/development stage.  Different states will have somewhat different regulatory and legal frameworks.Note that…See More

Rock Man and I have been discussing this lithium play off the website for some time and sharing data.  He sent me this zoom meeting.  He and I will both watch it in full over the weekend.  It's over an hour.  To streamline communication, I suggest that you start contacting me on one of my email addresses.  Please use skippeel@gmail.com.  For future considerations, my phone is 318-218-8323.  I'm interested in finding out if the Journal Sun is prioritizing this and potentially how many Cass residents it may reach.

Do you subscribe to the Cass County Citizens Journal Sun?  I can see that the paper has published at least one article but can't read it in full as I am not a subscriber.

Joe, I'm concerned that the land rush is on in Cass County but other than GHS and your posts, there is little public information.  I've been through this with the Haynesville Shale but in that case the media got wind of the activity and publicized it.  It made a substantial difference for many people.  The competition for leases benefited all mineral owners, large and small.  What would you think about you and I coordinating with a Shreveport television station on a report?
