"Folks should read this wearing their own state hats. I can speak only to Texas which does not have a regulated royalty structure like Arkansas. A Texas owner is free to negotiate with a company seeking to lease mineral rights. This…"
"As I read the post, this references the appeal to the Texas Supreme Court by the royalty owner of an adverse ruling by the Third Court of Appeals in Austin. If the appeal is granted, then arguments will be heard and a decision rendered. …"

"Standard Lithium Ltd. today announced it has drilled and sampled, to the best of its knowledge, a new highest confirmed lithium grade brine in North America, with a grade of 663 mg/L lithium. The results reflect lithium sample analyses from a…"
"Skip, as I read the progress of regulation of brine extraction (SB 1186) likely the terms of royalty will remain a negotiation of between the Lessor and the Lessee as in Texas Oil & Gas Leases. I agree with the other comments made in…"

Rock Man and I have been discussing this lithium play off the website for some time and sharing data. He sent me this zoom meeting. He and I will both watch it in full over the weekend. It's over an hour. To streamline communication, I suggest that you start contacting me on one of my email addresses. Please use email@example.com. For future considerations, my phone is 318-218-8323. I'm interested in finding out if the Journal Sun is prioritizing this and potentially how many Cass residents it may reach.

I've been through this with the Haynesville Shale but in that case the media got wind of the activity and publicized it. It made a substantial difference for many people. The competition for leases benefited all mineral owners, large and small. What would you think about you and I coordinating with a Shreveport television station on a report?
