How may I help you, Joseph?
In 1985, I partnered with a drilling operator (Beard Drilling Enterprises) to drill a well to depth sufficient in order to test the Crockett sand as found in the Paragon McAlpin #3. Large amounts of subsurface oil was identified equal to millions of dollars even at the low price of $20 a barrel at the time. The area I am talking about is a parcel of land in San Augustine County, being 191 acres out of and a part of the G. B. Quinn Survey, A-231 and the Obediah Hendricks Survey, A-127. Parcel has been leased to Pine Wave, and, I assume, Rockcliff Energy at this time. If you wish more information, please contact me at josephdegioanni@1791.com.
