Yes, I did receive your emails. Thank you for the info! Sorry I didn't get back with you. It's been crazy around here. At one point I had to find out if I do in fact own the mineral rights b/c it's been less than 10 years since the developer bought this land. I & a few neighbors do own them. One neighbor is signing for only 8500. Tried talking to the wife about it, but she wasn't interested! Go figure. Anyway, I will get back with you. Now I've got to try to find others to pool with.
