Hello Nancy, My family owns 236 acres on Grove Hill just North and South of the Grove Hill Baptist Church. I think Chesapeake has a pad site in S 11 on the south side but I don't know much about the North side S 2. Seems as though things have moved somewhat slowly in Dolet Hills. Of course, Chester is one spoiled dog. Wouldn't have it any other way. Everything revolves around him. He's 16 years old. This pic was taken on his 15th birthday. For his birthday, we took him on a month-long-trip throughout the entire state of Texas.
