What rates have been paid recently for pipeline easements or ROW purchase? My sister has been quoted a price per rod (16.5 feet I think).

I have interest in Haynesville wells near Greenwood, LA. Four wells have been completed in Section 4, T16N, R16W. However, no production has been started to my knowledge. Based on what I can find out, the pipelines are near capacity, and when production does start, it may be limited due to this issue. Are there any projects or planning underway to address this?

"Thanks. The reason I asked is that a company with permits to drill in LA mentioned that could not drill with lateral drilling going on in Texas. Could be a contractor issue with fracking crews and timing. Maybe pipeline constraints. Just wasn't…"

"The four permitted wells are to be drilled from 1 pad and drilling should start this spring. Sites for drilling pads for five more wells to develop units just to the west are being planned and drilling could begin later this year."
