What rates have been paid recently for pipeline easements or ROW purchase? My sister has been quoted a price per rod (16.5 feet I think).

I and some other family members are getting royalties from Haynesville Shale wells in Caddo Parish. This is through a lease we signed in 2017. We are getting division orders for an old lease that dates to the 80's for an old oil well that has not had any production since April 2019. The unit includes some of the area also in the Haynesville Shale unit. I discussed this with the company sending the orders, I questioned whether the lease was still valid since there had not been any production in…See More

"EV industry has a lot of work to do to win the US market. Better battery technology is one key. If these projections are to be realized here, some major upgrades to the electrical grid will be needed. I am not in the market at this point."

"When better battery technology is available with longer mileage, longer life, and shorter charging times, then maybe. But charging stations have to be there to make out of town trips reasonable."

"Thanks, that helps explain. However, I have noticed in some cases, the numbers on the vouchers have not matched the Sonris number when I add them up . I will contact the producer for an explanation. "

Production Numbers in SONRIS vs. Vouchers

I have been checking production values on my vouchers vs. those in SONRIS and there are differences. For example, I have interest in 4 wells in the same unit. Each month, SONRIS shows the same production number for each well while the voucher shows that number split among the wells. In another case, 2 wells in the same unit show the same number and production is again split on the vouchers. I assume the production is gaged for the combination of wells going into the pipeline and the voucher…See More
