First off it does not suprise me since CHK does not hold a good track record. They treat mineral owners unfair in many cases. And when one needs to speak with them its a circle of phone calls. Leading no nowhere maybe that is why they have such ongoing legal issues in Texas,Oklahoma & Michigan. And soon to be in North Dakota. Seems they had rather spend money on litigation rather than on lease and drilling. One might tend to view them as a leader if they were not so debt heavy. And perform better customer realtions. We are embarrassed that they are a Corporation within our home state. Best word to describe them is arrogant!
