I've tried to read as much as I can about what should and shouldn't go into a lease. Is there a copy of an actual lease posted anywhere here? Maybe even a made-up ideal lease? My original one is the old standard one from years ago ~ fortunately it expired before things got serious.~~g.See More

- Hopeing for the best in the future. I feell leasing will pick back up when they get that 42 inch pipeline layed and wells drilled to hold leases before they expire.
