LA - need language to transfer to royalty purchaser the right to file suit to collect unpaid past royalty

I'm selling my producing royalty in Louisiana. However, over the last 3 years I was never paid by the oil company on some production. I would like to include in the sale language that would give the royalty purchaser the right to sue to recover the unpaid and underpaid royalty --- that was due me while I owned the royalty. The clause should also make the purchaser the sole owner of that unpaid royalty.  I have been under the impression that in Louisiana, if you don't transfer the right to sue…See More
