Lotza - I can't get over how Twin Cities appears to have gotten over on the Dogwood HOA. The 'logic' they're using astounds me. Since when does an o&g company set a deadline for potential lessees to get on board - so...what happens if they don't sign up? They'll miss out? REALLY? That whole thing stinks to high heaven. It's almost as if Twin Cities has them completely brainwashed. They have told those HOA idiots what to say to those poor unsuspecting homeowners. I pity them. Don't even get me started about "helping your elderly neighbors get to the clubhouse by the signing deadline...."
