"Thanks, Skip, Any news about 27-13n-12w or 15-12n-12w?  We get mail about sections that always seem to be 3 sections away from these."

"Hi!  Thanks, Skip.  I woke up this morning with the answer. I looked up my unit's LUW code and found it on the well. So, now I have the amounts of production that are due for my unit.  Thanks for the link.  I had been trying…"

Cross Lateral Question

Greetings, All!In Sec. 34, 13N-12W there is a well (serial # 248793) named QP 3&34&27 - 12 - 12 HC 001 - ALT.I am pretty sure that the Section 3 mentioned in the name is in 12N 12W, but I would think that the Sections 34 and 27 mentioned would be in 13N-12W. Commingling

Recently I have been receiving notices that the gas from six units, for which I have an interest in one, in DeSoto Parish will be commingled.  What exactly does that mean?  What does it mean for my bottom line? Will it change the payments that I receive or will I be receiving a share of the production of all 6 units?I hadn't seen a posting on this here, but I know I'm not the only one receiving the notices. Thanks!See More

"That makes sense, too, as we do have a cost-free provision. However, that wouldn't explain the separate RI division order. Would it?  "

"I suspect that Exempt Royalty Interest means that Petrohawk is recognizing that you have a cost-free royalty provision in your lease.  As simple as that."

You don't have to get that lease back, just find out if it has been filed at the courthouse, I could do that from my computer for you if I had the information...... email me at RandyY at twincitiesdev.com if you want me to and I will check it ASAP.
