They are contacting everyone in our neighborhood in the last 2 wks. Offering $25, we are in Section 33 17T 9Range
Anita, who is doing the survey, if I may ask? Is it Dawson Geo.?
Global Geophysical Services is mine and they offered me $15, which I new was low and have not accepted.
Global Geo. Ser. is paying $25 an acre. I heard my neighbor ask for $50, don't know if she got it or not.
They were paying $5 in the Fayetteville Shale.
When I had my mineral done by Global, which I'm told is a subsiderary of Exxon, I made them put a start date and a finish date - otherwise they can come on and off your land as they please. You could have them on your property ten later. Bad thing about it is, you don't know if they're Global or someone else trespassing. It is better to put them dates on it. I had one global worker sleeping in my cot in my camping area. Told Kingfisher/ Global said they fired him. Saw the guy working the next day after that... Cary
Terry,
$25 per acre is the normal price now and GGS knows this. You shouldn't have any problems changing the 15 to 25. Nice bunch of guys to work with - from the bottom to the top. Right now we have the charges in our ground. Be sure and attach an Exhibit A for your protections.

Earlene still eating on her donuts :-D
BEUSA is also forming 4 new Units in 17N-10W did anyone get these notices
Terry do you have a copy of the pre-conference notice letter that you could post? The plat would be of interest. If not, the s-t-r of the HA units would be helpful.

Thanks.
