I have minerals in the Timpson area but they are already leased. Do you mind telling us which survey you are in. I am happy to hear that Devon is interested in that area even under those terms.

Which Survey/Abstract# in particular?

Devon recently had their Whitton Gas Unit 1H well approved by the RRC in the A.Gates Survey about 4 miles SouthEast of Downtown Timpson.

Don't know the abstract /survey -- but the property is 2 blocks south of the red light -- near the fire station -- if that helps.
