We are on Green Terrace Rd, in Southern Hills. No land man, yet, but we got a letter from someone wanting to buy our royalties.

There is a well permitted for your area. If you unleased, contact Wayne Medlin who is head of the group for your section of unleased land owners. He is in the phone book on Mesa Dr. in Briarcliff. That is a great group

Pine Hills Park==aren't you in Sec. 9? or Sec10? We were offered $4000 an ac. in Sec. 9 about 3 wks. ago. Since then Sec. 8 (just west of Mansfield Rd.) was offered $8000 ac., so bonuses are coming up
