Thanks for the heads up, Laman. If you could upload a copy of the letter and plat, it would be appreciated. That will bring the total of sections in 16N-14W with HA unit orders to 29. Good Luck.

JPD leasing (for Chk) in Sec. 13 & 24, T16N R14W for $8K/25% as of 12/1/09. Two wells permitted: Sec. 24 well Serial #240068 (Mayo-24-H); Sec. 13 well Serial #240427 (HA RA SUF; Mayo-13-16-14 H). Some larger leases were ready to expire. Still holding out here but others signed leases two weeks ago. Things are heating up in these two sections @ I-49 and Mayo Rd. Roads going in fast, etc. Permit for #240068 issued 7/31/09. Permit for #240427 issued 11/5/09.

I see that the Mayo rig is gone. Any info as to what stage of the process this well is in?

I also received a letter today say basically the same thing except S24T16NR15W in Keithville Metcalf field
