Exactly what I was afraid of seeing. And does that look like somebody's driveway and "dwelling" on the right side of the picture? Remind me again, a drill pad takes how many acres?
This is one of the reasons it is so important NOT to sign the standard lease. One must negotiate for quality of life protections such as distance from dwellings and noise abatement walls, low noise/low emissions equipment, etc.
