royalty rates

my niece has a shared well and told us her monthly royalty check is about$200.00;  from what i have seen and heard, i assume this is quite low; any input?

ernie. Without knowing the size of her mineral tract, that of the drilling and production unit for her well and her royalty percentage, we can't answer your question.
