Rachel.

The letter you mention receiving is most likely a pre-application notice letter for HA Drilling & Production units. If you can scan and upload the letter and plat, that would be helpful. If not please post the company that is seeking the unit order and the section - township- range of the sections the application covers.

Haynesville Zone,Reservoir A Madden Branch Field /EncanaOil and Gas Section 24 14North R9West. Skip if you can help with any information I would be so grateful.

Section 24 - 14N - 9W already has a unit order or application to Encana. There is almost certainly more than one Section 24 in the Madden Branch Field. We just need to know the correct township and range to go with this Section 24. Rachel, could you be more specific concerning the information you would like to have.

Rachel, I posted the application below. What additional information do you need? Currently there are no permitted Haynesville Shale wells in the unit but this may change in the near future.

Rachel, this field has only had two wells in the past with one productive from the Pettit Lime. If the letter you received was concerning a Haynesville Unit it would be the first in the Madden Branch Field. Was that Section 24 in T14N-R8W?

My aunt received the same letter (we jointly own with her). It is section 24, 14N, 9W, not 8. It looks to be a letter to the conservation commissioner seeking permission for force pool and to create one drilling and production unit.
